We had a big morning at the NC State Farm Animal Show! It was beautiful outside, and we saw lots of baby animals - pigs, cows, horses, chickens, turkeys. Jack was thrilled to report that he got licked by a calf! He wasn't quite sure what to think of that - "Mommy - he tickled Jack!" Sammy loved watching the baby pigs - he babbled and squealed at them, and tried desperately to climb the fence to get in and chase them. After a climbing on some tractors, we finished with some free ice cream - can't beat that!

i'm so glad you were able to go! i wish we could have but i was in the thick of projects with my mother-in-law getting ready for this baby!!! :)
