We were excited to tag along with some dear friends of ours on a day trip to the beach and aquarium on Sammy's birthday. The kids behaved amazingly well during the 4 hours we spent in the car, and had a blast at the beach! Sammy was afraid of the ocean waves, so he spent the afternoon playing in the sand while Jack and his buddies chased waves. The beautiful little mermaid at the bottom is Jack's current choice of future bride - we approve, but her parents might need some convincing! :)

awww - had no idea Jack has his heart set on Fancy! :) Fun Fun day - hopefully we can do it again before summer's out!
