Since our Tuesday morning Bible study ended a few weeks ago, we have planned several fun Tuesday morning outings. Last week we went to the NC Museum of History and the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. Jack and Sammy were amazed and enthralled with the pirate exhibit. They got to climb aboard a pirate ship, don pirate costumes, and shoot cannons!
We went across the courtyard to the Natural Sciences Museum and saw butterflies, fish, lots of snakes and creepy bugs. The boys were excited with the dinosaur replica - Jack couldn't stop talking about the big bite that the t-rex took out of the brontosaurus! Sammy and his little friend EB checked out a dinosaur footprint.
